About Me

  • 2006-2010

    Education in Fine Arts

    To turn my interests in art into my profession, I completed a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in visual communications from Columbia College Chicago.

  • 2011-2013

    Graphic Design + Marketing

    As part of the design team – I created unique and memorable graphics for both print and digital promotional communications with a high rate of new customer engagement. Assets included flyers, posters, banners + signage, as well as social media and HTML email ad campaigns for renowned luxury furniture brands Drexel Heritage and Henredon.

  • 2014 - 2017

    Web Design + Development

    As part of the development team – I created innovative and responsive server side websites that look great on any device, with a high conversion rate of leads, while maintaining branding standards for industry leading auto makers such as Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, Ford, and General Motors.

  • 2018 - Present

    Web + Product Development

    As an integral mediary I collaborate directly with the creative, marketing, e-commerce and development teams and bring all those insights together to complete the product life cycle with pristine designs, engaging interactions and seamless user experiences that have increased sales and customer retention.

    From lo-fi sketches and conceptual wireframes to UI/UX testing + strategy, as well as high fidelity designs and the final development and launch – My role contributed to all aspects of design, development, and marketing resulting in exciting innovations such as a new e-commerce platform allowing space for third-party sellers, as well as 27% and growing increase in sales for appliance brands Perlick, General Electric, and Electrolux.
